Reporting an issue

This article explains how to report an issue via Dotstech.

  1. Login to your Dots account.
  2. Click the "Leave feeback" button in the sidebar.
  3. Click the "Report issue" button at the bottom of the popup.
  4. Select the issue's severity.
  5. Add an attachment (please note: even though it's optional, we encourage you to add an image or a video file so we can identify the issue easier and faster).
  6. Click "Submit".
