This article explains how to report an issue via Dotstech.
- Login to your Dots account.
- Click the "Leave feeback" button in the sidebar.
- Click the "Report issue" button at the bottom of the popup.
- Select the issue's severity.
- Add an attachment (please note: even though it's optional, we encourage you to add an image or a video file so we can identify the issue easier and faster).
- Click "Submit".
