      Orders page

      This article aims to explain what the Orders is in the Dots app as well as how to use it.

      The Orders page is where all of your orders appear after you have successfully created them.

      The page contains the following information:

      1. Order: Includes your order name, Order ID, and order type.
      2. Created by: Indicates who created the order.
      3. From: Shows when the order was created.
      4. Status: Displays your order's current status.
      5. ETA: Indicates when you can expect your order to arrive.
      6. Price: Shows the overall order price.
      7. Last update: Indicates when your order was last updated.

      When your order receives an update, such as a comment, a blue exclamation point appears in the Order column.

      When your order receives an update, a comment for example, it receives a blue exclamation point you can find in the Order column.

      Changes to ETA

      If your order's ETA changes, the order receives a blue "ETA updated" mark in the ETA column.
