      Locating malfunctioning assets

      This article explains how to easily find assets that were reported as malfunctioning

      Locating assets reported as malfunctioning

      1. Open the Assets page on the Dots web platform.
      2. If there are malfunctioning assets, a special banner will appear at the top of the page, just below the page's title.

      Filtering

      If you would like to see only assets reported as malfunctioning, simply click on the corresponding button located in the banner mentioned above.

      Indication

      Malfunctioning assets will be marked with a ✴️ icon next to their Item Info. By clicking on that icon, you will be directed to the "Tickets" tab where you can learn all the details.
