This article explains how to easily find assets with unresolved issues through the Assets page.
Locating assets with unresolved issues
- Open the Assets page on the Dots web platform.
- If there are assets with unresolved issues, a special banner will appear at the top of the page, just below the page's title.
Filtering
To view assets with unresolved issues, simply click on the corresponding button located in the banner mentioned above.
Indication
Assets that have unresolved issues will be marked with a ⚠️ icon next to their Item Info. By clicking on that icon, you will be directed to the "Tickets" tab where you can learn all the details.
